Privately owned since new and never chartered. The current and second only owner purchased her at the age of 1,500 hours and since then enjoyed her to the current 3,400 hours in the quite Sea of Cortez mostly at very low load (1,000 RPM). CAPRICHO II received all her life the care of a 3 person full time crew with the additional supervision of an experienced local project manager. She received a major maintenance completed in February 2022 to prepare her for the sale: one more commitment from a serious owner and now seller.

This Award winning 2010 Lazzara 92 LSX is exceptionally maintained by the same crew as when it left the factory in Tampa, FL. Lanida has Only Been Used Privately, Never Chartered & recently completing a refit managed by the builder, engineer & designer in Ft. 2009 Canados, 1. this very well maintained yacht is maintained from the beginning all year round by an experienced captain as well as an experienced board engineer. Originally the yacht was built to MCA standard (among others fire extinguishing system, double pumps for bilges, service and sewage, double generators) and had a commercial registration as a demonstration vessel of Canados. The German owner registered her privately at purchase with 100 hours of operation in Malta, European VAT has been paid. The yacht has been used purely privately and never chartered out. It is rare that we come across a pre - owned Sunseeker in this condition, but this yacht is truly stunning in every way. 1 owner from new, with the same conscientious captain from day 1, this low hour vessel has only cruised locally with the family on board, and never chartered. We sold this well specified yacht new to an existing Sunseeker client who chose the interior wood and furnishings with great taste, creating a beautiful interior with many upgraded fabrics and carpet (which in fact is still in pristine condition). Due to the high standards of the owner he decided to replace the entire teak decking in 2019 (although it was not strictly necessary at that time), and now this 12mm teak presents very well throughout with no signs of abnormal wear. The teak on this yacht is now to a higher specification than when she left the factory.

SANLORENZO SL 102A Year 2020  For an advanced approach to livable spaces, use enjoyment of the sea on board of a motor yacht that goes a step further than others.  Built in 2020, this  better than new San Lorenzo 102A is in a crystal mint condition with only 42 hours of engine hour.  With the aim of obtaining greater usability of the interior spaces, and better access to the exterior, the San Lorenzo 102 Asymetric rethinks the well-established layout of a yacht, allowing through his asymmetric configuration never tried before.  She can also accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 cabins:  One owner’s cabin, two VIP, one double guest and one twin cabin. 

Meg is a 2017 Ribeye S650, paired with a Yamaha 200hp outboard with 258 hours. This was at the time, the highest spec Ribeye S650 ever made and even today she stacks up amazingly. With only one owner, she has only received light use since new. She has never been anti-fouled and has lived on launch and recovery with us. Her condition is therefore exceptionally good for the boats age. Twin SCOTS suspension seats make using this boat in the rough an absolute pleasure. She is capable of over 50 knots on a good day!The later generation console gives excellent protection, and stylishly holds the battery isolator, twin speakers as well as all the standard controls. A large Garmin Chart plotter is pride of place in front of the helm, a Garmin VHF within easy reach. All of the Yamaha displays are in the centre of the console. Hydraulic steering makes the Yamaha 200 hp motor easy to control. Serviced annually since new she has just 257 hours on her. She has just received a full engine service and is ready to go for the 2024 season. The rear bench layout offers excellent storage, and an incredibly comfortable seating position. All of the seating is in /"Silvertex/" carbon with red piping and is unmarked throughout the boat. The large stainless steel A frame gives great ski tow point, as well as holding the nav lights and giving great hand holds. No trailer - We are able to supply one if required!

Capella is a privately owned classic lined motor yacht built in Gdansk in Poland. She was launched in 2001, and has had only one owner. She has never been used for charter work. From Gdansk she was immediately transferred to Mallorca, where she has been lying ever since. She has been maintained by her current captain since her arrival in Mallorca. There has been an unlimited budget made available for the maintenance routine which has been religiously adhered to every winter. Therefore, the boat is in an extremely high state of repair. Capella has always cruised in the Western Mediterranean. She has proved herself, in all weathers, to be a stable and comfortable vessel.
