JOB PURPOSE This role will provide informal conflict resolution services to all employees, and assist in identifying systemic issues, trends and patterns, and facilitate change at the systemic level (policies, procedures, practices, structures, culture or attitude). The Assistant Primary Teacher will support the Primary Teachers during class and take responsibility for breaks, lunch and playtime as per the timetable. QUALIFICATIONS DEGREE PGCE, Cambridge CELTA or Trinity TESOL certificate. Experience of teaching primary aged children and an ability to motivate and interact with them is essential.
