Competenze -          Almeno 2 anni di esperienza quale lean specialist oppure in ambito gestione della produzione -          Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Meccanica, Industriale, Gestionale) -         Familiarità con gli strumenti del Toyota Production System/ Lean Manufacturing: VSM, 5S, TPM, Pull System, Jidoka… -          Conoscenza di base degli strumenti Six Sigma (la certificazione Green Belt è un plus)  -          Conoscenza degli strumenti di Qualità (FMEA, problem solving, Root Cause Corrective Action Analysis, process control, ecc…) -          Padronanza degli strumenti Office,  conoscenza di Minitab (è un plus) -          Conoscenza della lingua inglese   c
