Job Purpose: the CSS is the Customer reference point being responsible for order management – from incoming order to the invoicing – ensuring satisfaction through timely product delivery. Key Duties and responsibilities: Order management in the ERP system. Sending of purchase orders to vendors (intercompany or third parties) Delivery time monitoring interacting with vendors (by e mail, calls) Monitoring and managing deliveries to the customer. Sales orders invoices creation and support in solving e-invoicing issues. Support to finance department for solving issues linked to purchase orders and sales orders. Support to the Customer Service Manager for the monthly Net Sales forecast. Manage any product return process following the reverse process from customer to the warehouse. Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiar with CRM systems Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Adaptability Ability to Work Under Pressure Positive Attitude Languages: Native Italian speaker and fluent in English. Temporary contract is offered. Job Purpose: The Field Service Engineer is responsible to perfom the service activities on the field (pre-installation/tender site inspections, installations, maintenance, FSCAs in agreement with the customer requirements. Main Activities: Perform the service activities on customer sites/in-house: in agreement with the customer requirements (on demand, preventive maintenance program) according to the front office service order dispatching and the service manuals/periodic service bulleting; Service reports and technical documents (such check lists, safety electrical tests) completion and delivery to the customer; Spare parts management (stock and re-assortment) in order to ensure the adequate quantity and type of material according the assigned product and customer needs; Reports to HQ and RaQa of technical non conformities using the specific tools; Keeps the valid certification on assigned products; Responsible for the instruments and tools in order to follow the company calibration plan; Contact the customers after the dispatching fron front office in order to pre-clarify the technical issue problem. Opportunity We are looking for a Junior Production Planner. The objective of the position is to develop the production plan for finished products, spare parts and kits, ensuring the required level of service demanded by the commercial sector, while also respecting production constraints and maintaining appropriate levels of raw materials and finished products in stock.
