Huge 25mq bedroom in a flat shared with a student, 15 minutes walking from the city centre. We are looking for a student (also Erasmus or an international exchange) from the 8th of January to the end of July. We can make an agreement if you come earlier (we have a sofa bed in the living room). The bedroom is on the second floor. In the flat there is a kitchen, bathroom and toilet, living room and another bedroom where the other student lives. In your bedroom you will find a double bed, a spacious wardrobe (of which the half can be used), cupboard, mirror, desk 150x70, chair, bookcase and a shoe rack. If you need bedclothes and towels I can provide them. Only the WIFI and the rubbish fee are included in the price. NO condominium expenses. Back court for a bike.
