Andrò all'estero per 6 mesi e affitto per questo periodo la stanza singola, in via Frassinago, a due passi dal pratello. La camera è ampia e luminosa, la casa è stata ristrutturata totalmente un paio di anni fa, ed è composta da sala-cucina, bagno e un'altra stanza dove sta un ragazzo di 30 anni. Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia.
