We are ZURU TECH ITALY, the Italian division of the multinational ZURU Company, and we're realizing something that has never been thought in the world of architecture, thanks to the potential of computer graphics. We want to make the design of houses and their direct manufacturing accessible to everyone through an architectural design software, with an astonishing graphical visualization and very simple to use. If you feel different from many other software architect and you want to manage a great project together with high technical skills colleagues, let’s consider what we’re looking for. You have a great experience in analyzing complex requirements and finding the suitable architecture and the best software systems to solve them. You consider C++ one of the best coding language to develop excellent software and you have a maximum proficiency in C ++ programming and analysis (5+ years), preferably in implementing Desktop software with it. You have proven talent in solving complex problems through software engineering and solid foundations of system analysis and system architecture. If you have an in-depth knowledge of geometry and maths and 3D graphics algorithms, we will consider it very positively because you’ll work with engineers who face with them everyday. You’ll lead a large team, this is the real challenge of this vacancy. So we expect you to have already led a team of 5+ resources or many other R&D teams for at least 3 years. We’re looking for a person not only dealing with Agile and Scrum methods, but also team-leader, with excellent interpersonal skills and inspirational and positive attitude, too. At last we value a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer science and we’d like you speak and write english quite well. The knowledge and use of the Unreal Engine 4 graphics engine or equivalent may be considered a plus. What are you going to do? First of all you’ll be part of a team of brilliant people, with many different specialties: coding, graphics, artist, ui/ux design and machine learning. You’ll work in a funny and modern environment with outdoor team building activities like trekking and paintball, air-hockey and table tennis tournament. You’ll start leading a R&D team of 5+ junior/mid C++ Developers, in the view of leading more teams over the time, according to a career plan. You’ll be responsible to manage and assign many tasks to team members according to the scrum, reporting to the Chief Technical Officer and to the Chief Design Officer. You’ll manage the architectural design team, requirements analysis, drafting of UML diagrams of tasks, creation of user stories. You’ll do daily analysis and implementation of algorithms in C++, suggesting and implementing building software solutions for automatic design of buildings, researching current trends in emerging technologies and implementing them. Finally you’ll interact a lot with the internal UI / UX team. WE OFFER: level and contract period commensurate with the matured experience, combined with an individual career plan.
