The rooms are very bright and the furniture is classic. This apartment is located on the first floor of a period building (without a lift). It is spacious and very comfortable for an unforgettable Roman stay. The apartment welcomes you with a single large room, illuminated by two windows overlooking Via Sora. On the right, you will find a small kitchen, on the left there is a staircase that leads to the bedroom and to the bathroom, with a window. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, dishwasher, small refrigerator and finally plates, glasses and crockery for 6 people; from here there is also access to a small closet where there is also the washing machine. The flat is located in an elegant period building in the beautiful Cenisia district, at the gates of the center of Turin but outside the ZTL, in a quiet area with low traffic, well served by public transport. We are located a short distance from the Politecnico, reachable on foot in just 12 minutes. Possibility to find free street parking (not guaranteed). The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Independent kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer and microwave - Living room with a queen sofa bed and TV - Bedroom with two single beds joined in a queen, desk and wardrobe - Toilet equipped with wc and small tub with shower. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, safe, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Ciao! Stiamo cercando a partire da AGOSTO/SETTEMBRE (1 posto letto si libera ad agosto, l’altro a settembre) 2 nuove coinquiline oppure 1 inquilina già da agosto che poi aiuti a trovare la sua compagna di stanza, che si dividino una grandissima stanza doppia completamente arredata: ha un armadio a specchi super capiente, una scrivania, 2 letti singoli e materassi di un anno, mensole e grande finestra. Cerchiamo persone che ASSOLUTAMENTE NON FUMINO IN CASA, solo persone capaci di rispetto reciproco a seconda delle proprie necessità, venirsi incontro insomma. La casa è grandissima in un condominio signorile e con ascensore. La casa ha 3 stanze singole e una doppia, bagno, salone ricreativo con divani, cucina, corridoio, due balconi, c’è tanto spazio per tutti! Attualmente viviamo 3 ragazze e 2 ragazzi. Uno studente di interior design di 24 anni, Una studentessa di filosofia magistrale 24 anni, Una insegnante di 27, due lavoratori di 30 e 32 anni. Il prezzo del posto letto è di 330 euro con le spese condominiali incluse e le utenze escluse (wifi, elettricità gas) che si aggirano tra i 30max euro dipende dal periodo e consumi. Saremo un totale di 5 persone quindi quando arrivan le bollette in maniera trasparente si divide tutto per 5, un bel risparmio!
