Aanboden door de eerste eigenaar, deze Stevenvlet 12.45 is gebouwd door de Schepenbouwers uit Werkendam met het onmiskenbare ontwerp van Theo Gillissen. De bouw van het schip is in 1998 begonnen en de tewaterlating heeft in het jaar 2000 plaats gevonden. De romp is rondspant gebouwd en voorzien van kimkielen aan beide zijden, de kimkielen bieden tevens de mogelijkheid om met het schip droog te vallen. De beschutte kuip biedt voldoende zitplaats met geïntegreerde bakskisten. In de vloer van de kuip is toegang tot een ruime berging en tevens doorgang naar de machinekamer. In het achterschip bevindt zich de tweede hut en is een wasmachine geplaatst. Bij betreding van de salon is aan stuurboordzijde een salonbank geplaatst met tafel. Aan BB zijde naast de stuurstand kan via een zijdeur snel en gemakkelijk het gangboord worden bereikt met een midden bolder. Naast de stuurstand aan stuurboordzijde kan een tweede persoon in vaarrichting meevaren. De kombuis is gekoppeld aan de salon, wat ook weer zorgt voor verbondenheid. De badkamer met elektrisch toilet en aparte douche cabine zijn centraal bereikbaar. In het voorschip bevindt zich de eigenaarshut met een 2-persoons frans bed. Het gangboord loopt volledig rond en is beveiligd met een degelijke r.v.s. reling. Deze Gillissen Stevenvlet 12.45 OK is voorzien van: Volledige kuiptent + wintertent aanwezig, houten klapbare mast op voordek, volledig geïsoleerde uitlaatlijn met droge uitlaat, Simrad follow-up besturing, rubberen stootlijst rondom buitenzijde romp, groot schuifdak boven stuurstand, bank in salon met uitschuifbaar zitvlak te gebruiken als extra slaapplaats.
