Site Cost Controller DKR are delighted to be working on a role as a Cost Controller close to the city of Innsbruck (Austria). My client is heavily involved in large scale infrastructure projects and civil construction. You would be working as a Cost Controller role (German). This would be a stand alone role and would be reporting into a Technical Manager. Responsibilities • Project controls functions (cost engineering, cost estimating, forecasting, trending, scheduling, etc.) for the project team -Measuring and reporting progress versus the individual implementation plans and the project plan • Preparing cash flow and revenue forecasts, monitoring performance, and preparing reports for the Project Manager • Analysing project reports and keeping the Project Manager informed of any current or potential deviations from plan 5. Participating in project meetings to report on trends, critical action items, estimates, schedules, and deviations from plans • Regularly reviewing the performance and making any necessary adjustments, including retraining operating personnel • Leading the project trend and critical items reporting to the project team and recommending corrective action to reduce cost and enhance schedule • Producing the Project Historical Report Criteria • Fluency in English & German and Italian • Relevant experience within Project Costing, Controller, Finance related roles • Preferably have worked in the Construction/Civil Engineering industry • Working knowledge of SAP

SITE MANAGER (IMPIANTI FOTOVOLTAICI) Per azienda operante nel settore delle Energie Rinnovabili cerchiamo un SITE MANAGER responsabile della supervisione di tutte le operazioni in loco dalle attività preliminari fino alla messa in servizio completa dell'impianto, compresa l'istituzione di controlli del sito per i modelli di traffico, lo stoccaggio dei materiali, le strutture dei subappaltatori e la sicurezza del sito. Responsabilità In particolare la risorsa dovrà: - Fare da Interfaccia in loco con il Rappresentante del Cliente e i responsabili di cantiere dei subappaltatori per gli aspetti organizzativi, tecnici e qualitativi; - Gestire i subappaltatori coinvolti nella costruzione comprese le opere civili, meccaniche ed elettriche sia lato BT che MT nonché opere di connessione alla rete; - Gestire tutti i consulenti di terze parti inclusi ma non limitati al Direttore dei Lavori (Direttore dei Lavori), Ispettore H&S (Coordinatore per la sicurezza) e Ispettore di messa in servizio statico (Collaudatore statico); - Con la supervisione del Project Manager, gestire i subappaltatori, il personale, l'inventario dei materiali e delle attrezzature; dovrà inoltre monitorare i programmi e i progressi nonché la gestione della cassa del cantiere; - Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori e verificare la conformità tra i lavori programmati e l'avanzamento effettivo dei lavori e individuazione di eventuali scostamenti; - Gestire la reportistica (avanzamento lavori giornalieri, settimanali e mensili); - Collaborare a stretto contatto con il reparto Acquisti & Logistica per la corretta gestione della logistica, delle procedure di sdoganamento e pianificazione della consegna del materiale in cantiere, inclusa la corretta gestione dei documenti (bolle di consegna, CMR); - Verificare lo stato dei materiali alla consegna in cantiere e della loro congruità con gli acquisti; - Coordinare i membri del team in loco durante l'esecuzione dei lavori, compresi i supervisori per la corretta implementazione del processo QA/QC; - Svolgere e supervisionare le attività di messa in servizio degli impianti nel rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali e degli standard normativi; - Partecipare alle riunioni in loco con PM, rappresentante del cliente, direttore dei lavori e ispettore di salute e sicurezza; - Preparare l'elenco degli intoppi del progetto e pianificarne l'esecuzione; - Coordinamento con le autorità locali competenti per le ispezioni.
