The room has 16m2 and the flat is shared with a nice 32-years old Italian guy. The entire apartment has 75m2 and it consists of a kitchen, which was furnished two years ago, a bathroom, a balcony and the two sleeping rooms. Within five to ten minutes walking distance, you can find the metro stations Centrale FS (green/yellow line), Caiazzo (green line) and Loreto (green/red line) as well as stations of the busses 90, 91 and 92. The room is free from January and the contract will run for another two years - therefore only answer if you intend to stay for two years in Milan. The rent is 460€/month including service charges (Internet and electricity need to be paid separately and cost ~60€ every 2 months. Furthermore, I will ask a transfer fee of 300€ for the furniture (the apartment was empty, when we moved in) and the landlord will ask for a three months deposit of 1150€.
