As an integral part of the group, you will be responsible of the customization of already flight-qualified platforms, such as the ION Satellite Carrier Vehicle, and the design of new advanced missions. Your ultimate objective as a systems engineer is to ensure your systems, the spacecraft, will fly safely to orbit, deliver the services required by mission objectives and eventually successfully accomplish its disposal. Main Duties will consist of: - Coordinate other systems and specialist engineers, following and consolidating the end-to-end design and development cycle of the systems platforms, starting the requirements capture and consolidating requirements as development progresses, trade-off analysis, systems architecture and design definition, definition of the verification and test campaign, test plan and procedures, supervising execution of the tests on first prototypes and final requirements compliance assessment. - Interface with the Program Manager to support planning and management task. - Coordinate with the Procurement team to support in the procurement process of test and flight parts. - Coordinate with the manufacturing team and the AIV team for the definition of the test plan, procedures, setup and execution, monitor AIV progresses and maintain the requirement compliance matrix updated accordingly. - Interface with the Flight Operations team to support the definition of the detailed ConOps, mission timeline, operations plan definition and procedures, and provide active support during the first flight operations. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Technical responsible for the overall spacecraft or mission. - Actively contribute and monitor the development of systems architecture and subsystems design. - Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of specialists working on the systems and s/s design. - Systems and subsystems budgeting. - Requirements capturing & management from Stakeholder to equipment level. - AIV plan definition and execution with the support of the AIV team. - Support the systems test plan, procedures, and setup definition. - Authoring of Technical documents. Professional Experience & Required Technical Skills: - We are interested in speaking to people with a minimum of five years of experience working in the field of Spacecraft design and development. - Strong knowledge of Space Systems Engineering and Space Systems Architectures. - Systems-level knowledge of all spacecraft subsystems. - Experience in the definition of systems budgets and trade-off analyses. - Experience in satellite verification and validation approaches. - Experience in planning and management task. - Experience in procurement processes - Experience in requirements management tools, e.g. DOORS or Jama. - Basic knowledge of software development and configuration management, e.g. GIT or Bitbucket. Competenze Titolo di studio: Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale. Esperienza professionale: 0-2 anni Competenze tecniche: Conoscenza di base di contabilità generale e contabilità analitica; Conoscenza dei costi aziendali (diretti e indiretti, fissi e variabili) Conoscenza delle modalità di attribuzione dei costi e break event analysis. Responsabilità La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Setup linea e processi, incluso installazione e validazione delle macchine; Definizione di requisiti e procedure di stoccaggio ed handling dei componenti elettronici; Generazione Part Program per il settaggio delle macchine dell’intero processo di realizzazione di schede elettroniche (Assemblaggio, Soldering, Forno per brasatura, Lavaggio, Conformal Coating); Definizione della formazione tecnica per il personale di produzione durante lo start up di nuove attività produttive; Realizzazione dei prototipi contestuale alla qualifica dei processi e validazione della linea; Indicazione dei requisiti per la progettazione di attrezzature specifiche necessarie per le linee di fabbricazione di schede elettroniche (telai, fixture, maschere…); Elaborazione della documentazione necessaria alla fabbricazione dei prodotti; Failure analysis delle non conformità riscontrate durante la realizzazione dei prototipi/serie di schede elettroniche e definizione del piano di prove finalizzato a individuare la causa del guasto. Competenze Titolo di studio richiesto: Diploma di Perito Tecnico Industriale o Laurea Ingegneria Elettronica Esperienza professionale Almeno 10 anni in attività di manufacturing di apparati RF. Competenze Professionali: Macchine e Processi tecnologici per la realizzazione industriale di assemblati elettronici e RF: (Wire bonding, Serigraphy, Vapor Phase, Laser welding; Welding, Assembling) Principi di realizzazione e caratteristiche tecnologiche di substrati, PCB, Circuiti Integrati e Ibridi, nel campo di applicazione di Elettronica digitale e Radio Frequenza: High Frequency circuit materials, Semiconductor Dies, PCB Multilayer, Mutli-chip Module (MCM), Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC). We are looking for a RSPP - HSE Manager to join our team. You will become part of the growing D-Orbit group. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Assuming the role of RSPP by assessing and analysing the risks associated with the activities in place and all the activities envisaged by the role pursuant to Article 32, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 - Managing companies operating under contract, qualifying the supplier and assessing interference risks (DUVRI) - Ensuring legislative compliance in safety matters, including drafting technical documentation supporting authorisations, permits, etc. - Manage and perform analyses, audits and inspections on company sites, - Supervising the planning, management and control of employee health surveillance, relations with RLS and company doctor. - Achieving and maintaining UNI EN 45001 certification, defining specific HSE proceures. - Managing health and safety documentation; Required Technical Skills: - Be in possession of the professional requirements to perform the function of RSPP pursuant to Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/200 (technical degree with specific training modules or complete training course (modules A, B, C, B-SP4) - RSPP ex art. 32 Legislative Decree 81/08, and experience of at least 5+ years as RSPP - Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations (knowledge of the regulations of Portugal and UK is considered an asset) - Knowledge of QHSE Integrated Management Systems - Willingness to work in a very dynamic and growing environment Education: - Degree preferably in environmental sciences/prevention techniques in the environment and workplace/safety engineering Language: - This role requires professional proficiency in English.
