Invio dei disegni ai fornitori e gestione con l'ufficio tecnico delle eventuali incongruenze nelle quote e/o nei materiali da utilizzare. Audit per verifica qualità e per expediting consegne dei fornitori sopra citati. Gestione con il cliente e con il fornitore delle convocazioni per i collaudi intermedi presenziati su materiali a disegno e/o verniciature. Gestione non conformità e resi dei particolari a disegno difettosi con accordi su riparazioni, addebiti e/o rifacimenti in toto. Gestione urgenze al montaggio per acquisto di materiali mancanti in DB (in particolare minuteria e raccordi speciali, flange e guarnizioni). Ricerca di nuovi fornitori di materiali a disegno e di verniciatori qualificati. Job Purpose: the TOS is responsible for the preparation of documentation for tenders, offers, registration to authorized suppliers list and for subsequent forwarding to the customer. The profile is also responsible of the orders review. Key Duties and responsibilities: Daily analysis of calls for tender (calls for tenders release, electronic platforms, reading dedicated e mail on shared mailbox) to define potential business opportunities. Collect the relevant documentation of potential business opportunities. Share of potential business opportunities with Sales & Marketing departments to collect the final decision on tender participation. Analysis and the preparation of administrative documentation required for participation in public tenders (self-certification, bank guaranty, ANAC contributions, etc.).
