Qualora invece vi fossero dei danni all'abitazione, verranno  fotografati, confrontati con lo stato dell'alloggio al check in, e trattenuti proporzionalmente dal deposito cauzionale.  Il nostro contratto è quindicinale, significa che se la prenotazione ricade nei primi quindici giorni  del mese noi calcoleremo dal 1 del mese invece se la prenotazione rientra nei secondi quindici giorni del mese, noi calcoleremo dal 15 giorno fino a fine mese.
