Qualora fosse impossibilitato a provvedere alla pulizia e lavaggio lenzuola e asciugamani, ma lascia tutto in buone condizioni di ordine, provvediamo noi con le pulizie e verranno applicati i costi di €. 50,00 per stanze con bagno e cucina in condivisione con altri ospiti €. 90,00 nel caso di piccoli monolocali €. 150,00 nel caso di bilocali ad uso esclusivo. Ci riserviamo di applicare costi maggiori, qualora l'immobile verrà consegnato in cattive condizioni di pulizia. La differenza di costo sarà quantificata in base allo stato dell'appartamento/stanza al momento del check out. Qualora invece vi fossero dei danni all'abitazione, verranno  fotografati, confrontati con lo stato dell'alloggio al check in, e trattenuti proporzionalmente dal deposito cauzionale.  Il nostro contratto è quindicinale, significa che se la prenotazione ricade nei primi quindici giorni  del mese noi calcoleremo dal 1 del mese invece se la prenotazione rientra nei secondi quindici giorni del mese, noi calcoleremo dal 15 giorno fino a fine mese. All rooms are delivered on the date of the clean tenant's check, with clean sheets and clean towels. L'appartamento dista solo cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana ISTRIA (Metro 5) e solo 4 fermate di metropolitana dalla Stazione Centrale e dalla Stazione Garibaldi (comodo se arrivate in treno o in autobus da qualsiasi aeroporto). Diverse linee di tram /autobus (4, 5, 7,31,42, 51) sono disponibili nelle vicinanze dell' edificio. A breve distanza si trova anche il MIC (Museo interattivo del cinema), spazio museale completamente dedicato alla settima dell'arte, e nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un centro commerciale con un multisala, palestre, pizzerie e ristoranti (Bicocca Village), oltre all 'Hangar Bicocca, sede espositiva di richiamo internazionale. Il quartiere Isola, confinante con Bicocca e punto di riferimento per ristoranti e locali serali (uno tra tutti il Blue Note) è raggiungibile in poco tempo.
