L'appartamento sarà da condividere con altre tre persone occupanti altre tre stanze singole. E' dotato di un solo bagno e cucina abitabile con caldaia di qualche anno e riscaldamento autonomo, gli infissi sono nuovi, c'è un ripostiglio e una cantina. Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 50 euro mensili, forse qualcosa in meno d'estate e qualcosa in più in inverno. Categoricamente no bici in casa, no festini. Non è possibile imbrattare, bucare, e attaccare cose ai muri immacolati o ai mobili, né ospitare con regolarità settimanale o per periodi lunghi (neanche il proprio fidanzato): per questioni di rispetto e per altre ragioni. Cerco qualcuno che sappia cosa significa avere rispetto di una casa -non lasciare la spazzatura a colare sui balconi per giorni, non sbattere le porte con violenza, trattare gli infissi con delicatezza, un po' di decenza umana, insomma. Le altre inquiline hanno esigenze di studio e di silenzio, e anche io in quanto proprietaria. È già presente turnazione per la pulizia degli spazi comuni. The bills -approximately 50 euros per month in spring and summer and more during winter months- depend on the habits of the people who live in the house. Apartment Description This 70 mq apartment will be totally refurbished. The works started in June 2021 and they will finish at the end of July 2021. So the apartment can be ready for PoliMi upcoming students! All the furnitures and equipments will be brad-new. The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Independent kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer and microwave - Living room with a queen sofa bed and TV - Bedroom with two single beds joined in a queen, desk and wardrobe - Toilet equipped with wc and small tub with shower. A pochi passi da Corso Como e Brera! La sua posizione, l'arredamento e il tipo, fa di questo appartamento ideale per studenti, coppie, turisti, ma anche i viaggiatori d'affari. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 3 persone. (due in camera da letto e 1 sul divano letto in soggiorno). L'appartamento è al piano terra ed è molto tranquillo (lato cortile) Composto da: - 1 camere da letto con TV - Disimpegno con armadi - 1 bagni dotato di ampia doccia - Soggiorno con mobili di design - Angolo Cottura ben attrezzato - Locale lavanderia - La cucina è completamente attrezzata: frigo, macchina per il caffè, bollitore, forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane e stoviglie. - Tutte le stanze sono con finestre. - Wi-Fi gratuito. Aria condizionata sia in sala che in camera da letto. - Vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani e c'é anche una lavatrice. Il check-in sono disponibili in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo. Sarà richiesto il pagamento di 35€ dopo le 19:00 durante i giorni feriali mentre sabato e festivi il supplemento verrà applicato a qualsiasi ora. IMPORTANTE - Si prega di notare che sarà richiesto il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno richiesta dal Comune di Milano (bambini / ragazzi sotto i 18 anni sono esenti); il costo è di 2 Euro a persona al giorno che si dovrà pagare in contanti al momento del check-in. Le spese di elettricità non sono più coperte con il prezzo di affitto dal 01.03.2020. I contatori dell’energia elettrica saranno letti al momento del check-in e del checkout per questi scopi.
