????Delightful appartment in the middle of Navigli???? Our home is in the middle of Navigli, Milan design, food and art area, 200mt from Porta Genova subway station. Internal courtyard, so is nice and quite when you come home. All comfort inside: high speed WI-FI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, micro-wave. (Dryer with a 5€ supplement). Perfect for couples and friends that want to live one of the most fascinating areas of Milan. Crib and changing table make it perfect also for babies. For problems or support, we live 50mt away. The apartment has a living room and kitchen separated from the bedroom and the bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa, a round table where 4 people can sit comfortably, a bookshelf (partially furnished to give the "home sweet home" feeling), and a small wooden table. The kitchen has microwave, oven, burners, dishwasher, fridge, kettle...al perfectly functioning. Fridge is an old fashioned Smeg. The bedroom has a very spacious closet, with clothes hangers, drawers and shelves. The bed itself, if lifted, has a storage space (for exemple, for your luggage). The bathroom is divided in two parts: first, the sink and the washing machine, then the bathtub, toilet and bidet. So two persons can easily use the bathroom at the same time. High speed Wifi and tv are provided, along with air conditioning. The whole apartment and its furniture is dedicated to our guests. Milano, Lombardia, Italy Navigli is a charming district, where you can have a pleasant walk or have an aperitivo Milanese. It is nice in every season to walk there, with a smooth breeze on your face. There are two canals, which are called Naviglio Grande and the Naviglio Pavese (the word Naviglio itself means the Canal in Italian). Both of them are surrounded by different types of cafés, restaurants, bars, design shops, art galleries etc. Usually what we do is just to start our evening having an aperitivo in Navigli, choosing one random restaurant we’d like to sit and then head to a bar to continue our night-out! Since this district is full of options, it become the first destination! Only thing you need to do in order to reach there is to take the green line with metro and take off in the stop called Porta Genova, the second alternative is as always the tram if you’d like to enjoy the city sight at the same time in your journey. There is held the vintage bazaar every last Sunday of the month and if you are lucky you can catch it in your trip as well! Do whatever you want in this city, but better not miss this enjoyable and cool area full of everything! Getting around You can take the metro in porta Genova and easily reach every corner of the city in no time, or catch a tram and do it a bit more slowly but while enjoying a nice view of the streets. L'appartamento sarà da condividere con altre tre ragazze occupanti altre tre stanze singole. E' dotato di un solo bagno e cucina abitabile con caldaia nuova e riscaldamento autonomo. Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 40/50 euro mensili. Categoricamente no bici in casa, no festini. Non è possibile imbrattare, bucare, e attaccare cose ai muri immacolati o ai mobili, né ospitare con regolarità settimanale - neanche il proprio fidanzato- o per periodi lunghi essendoci un solo bagno - per questioni di rispetto. Cerco qualcuno che sappia cosa significa rispetto della casa -non lasciare la spazzatura a colare sui balconi per giorni, non sbattere le porte come se non ci fosse un domani, un po' di decenza umana, insomma- e rispetto delle esigenze di studio e silenzio degli altri inquilini. È già presente turnazione per la pulizia abbastanza curata degli spazi comuni. Sono previste due mensilità di caparra con regolare contratto. Per favore, presentatevi. Quanti anni avete, cosa studiate, da dove venite, per quanto tempo vi serve la stanza, eccetera... E' dotato di un solo bagno e cucina abitabile con caldaia di qualche anno e riscaldamento autonomo, gli infissi sono nuovi, c'è un ripostiglio e una cantina. Nell'affitto sono incluse le spese di condominio (12 euro) e la revisione annuale della caldaia. Le utenze mensili -dipendenti tutte dai consumi individuali- si aggirano intorno ai 50 euro mensili, forse qualcosa in meno d'estate e qualcosa in più in inverno. Categoricamente no bici in casa, no festini. Non è possibile imbrattare, bucare, e attaccare cose ai muri immacolati o ai mobili, né ospitare con regolarità settimanale o per periodi lunghi (neanche il proprio fidanzato): per questioni di rispetto e per altre ragioni. Cerco qualcuno che sappia cosa significa avere rispetto di una casa -non lasciare la spazzatura a colare sui balconi per giorni, non sbattere le porte con violenza, trattare gli infissi con delicatezza, un po' di decenza umana, insomma. Le altre inquiline hanno esigenze di studio e di silenzio, e anche io in quanto proprietaria. È già presente turnazione per la pulizia degli spazi comuni. Sono previste due mensilità di caparra con regolare contratto annuale. Per favore, presentatevi. Cosa studiate? Quanti anni avete? Per quanto tempo vi serve la stanza? Eccetera eccetera. I look for a female student, extremely CLEAN and quiet, possibly no smoker and not at her first experience in sharing a flat, to rent a single room. The apartment will be shared with other three students. Boiler is pretty new, the apartment has an indipendent heating system. The bills -approximately 50 euros per month in spring and summer and more during winter months- depend on the habits of the people who live in the house. In the price, 335, is included "condominio tax" - 12 euros (the money you pay for having elevator, cleaning lady of the building and the light in the stairs, and the annual tax you pay for the boiler). It is NOT possible to be loud, to party inside the apartment, to host weekly -not even boyfriends-, to park the bike inside the house and to hang or damage or spoil the walls. Ciao a tutti! My name is Lena, a 24 years old student from Bochum in Germany. I will come to Padova to study here business and administration for one semester. So therefore I am searching for a single room in a shared flat for one semester, best in or near the center of Padova. I look forward to spend calm evenings with my new flatmates, cook together or things like that. In my leisure time I like to spend time friends, go swimming and play the bassoon in orchestras.
