Skippered by Grant Dalton she not only won the famous race around the world in March after just over 62 days but also set a new world record for the distance sailed in 24 hours of 655 nm. She continued her successful racing career as “Club Med”, “Maiden II” (new record of 697 nm/24h under Tracy Edwards) and “Doha 2006” with skipper Brian Thompson.
