From the inner courtyard, an iron outdoor stair leads you to the apartment, it’s on the second floor, without elevator. Entering in the apartment there is the hall, with an amazing modern ’70 style purple armchair, and you start already to be amused ???? The stairs lead you to the living room. Very spacious living room, attic wooden ceiling, incredible mixture of design furnitures, combining the modern comfortable sofa bed, with the vintage hand decorated desk. The lightening wall made by coloured cubes, original piece of furniture designed by Fiorucci, makes you want to have a party right now! The living room is very bright, thanks to the big windows on the ceiling, offering you the best privacy as well. The green lively kitchen is fully equipped, it has induction plates, electric oven and a large refrigerator/freezer. From the aisle you can go to the bedroom and to the bathroom. The bedroom follows the same style inspiration, it has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a storage. The bathroom is quite large, modern, it has the shower, a window and the washing machine. The living room and the bedroom have the AC. The apartment is very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. High speed internet connection. The apartment is located in a building adjacent to other 3 apartments of the same landlord, rented by international (usually NABA) students. There is a nice common outdoor area, with table and chairs, where you can meet the other students and have fun together. Obviously, this outdoor area as well, is unique and very particular thanks to pop art and vintage design pieces, ancient slot machines too! Area description Safe residential area, just 2 minutes walking from NABA. It’s in Navigli area, close to Bocconi, 10 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. You can enjoy a nice walk watching cool shop windows and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Apartment for sale at Torre Colimena, Salento, Apulia Directly from owners, this apartment is for sale at Torre Colimena, Salento, Apulia. At the groundfloor the apartment is composed by a long open space living room, kitchen area, bathroom, main sleeping room while stairs, artigiannally decored in iron, lead to further two underground rooms which can either be used as sleeping rooms for any guests or as taverna. There are also two courtyards, the one seaviewing in the front side fitted with a wooden pergola, the other in the back side which can be eventually be used even for parking upto two cars. In the living room there is a sofa in ethnical style made by the typical Apulian stones composed by fossil marine inclusions, inside which there is a further additional foldable bed in case of any sudden guest and a corner for TV or other kind of media. An artigianal wall of same material shaped like a small tower is separating kitchen zone while cooking place itself is made by a fixed structure covered by ceramics in the typical Mediterranean style reminding fishermen's houses. Of course these structures which characterize the style of the house will remain inside after sale, unless new buyers unwilling. Beyond, the house is ideal for divers because they can dress their underwater equipment even on the back courtyard and go directly to start diving in a small rocky bay in the sea coast just in front of the house at about 30 meters distance, which is generally considered as an easy place to sart bathing also by other local divers as well as an interesting undersea area. When diving is finished, all equipments can be washed into a big lavatory on the back courtyard, side to a supplementary external shower. Torre Colimena is also indicated for nature lovers and swimmers since at about 100/200 meters walking westwards from house there are two very long white sand beaches with high dunes covered by bush of myrtle, mastic, juniper, strawberry trees, sea lilies, side to the protected marine natural park called " Salina dei Monaci " (a former Roman ancient salina) where birdwatchers often can see pink flamingos and many other water birds. Few steps eastwards from house the hystorical tower called Colimena stands, built on the 16th century, giving its name to the whole village. Further few steps seaside after the tower, you can reach the small fishermen's port which is the center of the town, around which you can find plenty restaurants and shops and thereafter again you can reach further wild and long beautiful beaches. Whatever part of the coast is always good for wind surfers while lovers of wave surfing can go sometimes to the nearby very known Ham Point (which British newspaper Telegraph has recently listed among the most beautiful beaches of the World) where sandy reefs create high and strong waves. Property can be visited in summer (July/August).

La casa si trova in una zona molto bella della città, il centro è raggiungibile in 5 min a piedi e così anche Prato della Valle e le Piazze. La stazione è a dieci minuti in tram o oppure a 10 min in bici. Supermercato, farmacie e negozi nelle vicinanze. La casa si compone di ingresso, soggiorno, cucina (con lavatrice, forno a microonde e forno), bagno finestrato che dà su un bellissimo balcone esterno (ottimo per fare colazioni, pranzi, studiare e dove stendiamo i panni), un'altra stanza singola (dove vivo io, Dottoranda in Psicologia Clinica), lunghissimo corridoio, la stanza in questione, nonché un ripostiglio dove si trovano aspirapolvere, ferro da stiro, panni, ecc. Abbiamo anche due balconcini che danno sul fiume (ponte s. Agostino) e sulla Specola: uno raggiungibile dal corridoio comune, l’altro interno alla stanza che si libera, la quale è davvero ampia: da vedere! Tutti gli infissi saranno rinnovati a breve, la casa sarà ben coibentata e le spese di riscaldamento saranno minime.
