Apartment Description Very cozy and quiet 1 bedroom apartment, in the centre of Milan, on the 1st floor of a beautiful typical building with elevator. Apartment’s entrance is from the “ringhiera” (typical balconies in Milan) and it’s facing the inner quiet courtyard. Entering in the apartment there is a book case to separate the hall from the living area. In the living room there are a small table next to the sofa, the TV and an opening table. White modern fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and a large refrigerator/freezer. In the aisle leading to the bedroom and bathroom, there is a closet, useful as an additional storage room. The bedroom has a double bed, 2 spacious wardrobes, a desk and some shelves. The window is facing a quiet courtyard of another building (it’s a long time it has’t yet built and there aren’t any works, still unknown when they should start). The bathroom has a shower, the bidet and the washing machine. AC in all the apartment and high speed internet connection. Area description Safe and central residential area, very lively and 15 minutes walking from Duomo square. San Babila M1 metro station is 10 minutes by tram. Istituto Marangoni in via Cerva, is just 15 minutes walking. IED it’s only a few metres far. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighbourhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and any other shop and service are walking distance. The apartment is very good connected by public transports, you can easily reach any side of the city. Therefore it could be a good solution also for a Bocconi, NABA and any other student, who want to enjoy Milan city life in the centre!

The 3 bedrooms are, instead, on the left side of the corridor. Each of the bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk (incoming!). The first bedroom has also a couch, an armchair and the TV. If you are 2 people, it could be turned into the living room, removing the bed… All the apartment is very bright and quiet. AC and high speed internet. Area description The apartment is just 4 minutes walking from the metro green line Caiazzo M2 and 10 minutes walking from Central Station. It’s very good connected by all the main public transports. You can very easily reach, even walking, the modern and characteristic Isola district. Shops, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bars, restaurants… everything is walking distance! It’s the perfect location for Politecnico and Marangoni students. The ideal apartment for 3 friends, who wants to share a comfortable apartment in a typical, but also modern, “milanese” district. Don’t miss the chance to easily take a tour in Milan and in the other main Italian cities, just taking a train from Central Station, with only a couple of hours trip! AFFITTO STANZA SINGOLA VIA DEI PIATTI a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla STATALE, BOCCONI E CATTOLICA - stestefano7@gmail.com in appartamento totalmente nuovo e ammobiliato a nuovo (550 spese condominiali e riscaldamento incluse) Da settembre si libera stanza singola per giovani studenti/lavoratori in pieno centro, in piccolo appartamento appena ristrutturato, totalmente nuovo a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata missori della gialla e collegato facilmente con tutta Milano. Collegamento internet a banda larga, aria condizionata, riscaldamento a pavimento, no lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tv a led, portiere fino a sera, immobile con telecamere di sorveglianza, billa e farmacia a 2 minuti, british council nelle immediate vicinanze. E' presente anche una cantina per mettere i libri e gli oggetti che non si usano più, doppio ascensore ed è situato al secondo piano. E' possibile inoltre mettere la bici all'interno del cortile dell'immobile, anche posto moto. Zona più che tranquilla e sicura. Appartamento silenziosissimo, ideale per lo studio. E' in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le università, in pochissimi minuti a piedi si raggiunge statale e cattolica (5 minuti). per la bocconi 10 minuti. E' in posizione ottimale anche per le serate, colonne di san lorenzo a 3 minuti a piedi e navigli velocemente accessibili anche senza tram.
