Stanza singola arredata, libera da inizio gennaio (fine dicembre) fino a fine Aprile in un appartamento condiviso con quattro giovani lavoratori simpatici. La stanza è luminosa e comoda, la casa dispone di wifi, lavatrice, balcone grande, acceso a terrazza condominiale. Zona ben servita e collegata (tanti autobus sotto la casa e vicino a metro A & C, tram 3). Affitto di 340€ + 20€ spese di condominio + spese bollette. Furnished single room in San Giovanni will be free from beginning of January until the end of April (the dates are somewhat flexible). Room is comfortable and it comes with an extra mattress for eventual guests. The flat is shared with four young Italian workers; there’s a washing machine, wifi, a large balcony and access to the roof-terrace. The area is lively – full of shops, bars and restaurants and very well connected – several buses right under the building, the metro (A and C lines) and tram (3) stations only a short walk away. Rent 340€ + 20€ condomimio + some other bills every once in a while.
