SUMMER SUBLET FOR JULY TO THE 20TH OF AUGUST IN FLORENCE IN ITALIA

Do you want to stay in a cozy little loft close to the center, but away from the chaos? Do you want to experience a real Florentine neighborhood that hasn't been corrupted by tourism? Then look no further! You found it! Our charming little loft offers all of the modern comforts necessary for your stay: internet (that actually works!), 2 large fans, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, an outdoor space with a fabulous little garden, and two bikes! Did I mention how great the neighborhood is?;) This little gem of a neighborhood (Le Cure) is home to a bustling open-air famers' market (open everyday except Sunday), and home to a very famous underpass where it is legal to spray paint, which means that you can see some of the best Florentine contemporary art there is, maybe even the next Florentine Banksy- who knows?!! This underpass is also known to hold art shows. This area also is very well connected to all of the major bus lines that can take you to the center, the train station, and beyond! (If you want to run away from city life and escape to the hills of Fiesole, take the bus 7, which is mere steps away from the apartment!) If you don't like buses, the center is only a 15-minute stroll or a 5-minute bike ride. The apartment is 700 euros + utilities (100-150 depending on usage) and available for the month of July with the possibility of the first three weeks of August.
