Il Teacher Training è un percorso che prevede la gestione, il confronto e la condivisione all'interno di gruppi di insegnanti, tutor ed educatori del settore scolastico, insieme ad un professionista esperto, delle difficoltà dei propri alunni rispetto ad alcuni aspetti specifici. OBIETTIVI: - Conoscere e comprendere i Disturbi ADHD e DOP - Avere familiarità con l'utilizzo degli strumenti compensativi - Fornire informazioni e strumenti per ridurre i comportamenti problema e promuovere quelli funzionali (Token Economy, Sistema dei traguardi, Time out, Cooperative Learning) - Favorire il confronto delle esperienze all'interno de gruppo di insegnanti - Imparare strategie educative e comportamentali per gestire il disturbo all'interno della classe - Guidare e monitorare gli insegnanti nell'applicazione di strategie educative di intervento all'interno delle proprie classi. STRUTTURA: Il percorso è strutturato seguendo un’ottica multidimensionale. E' prevista la partecipazione di un piccolo gruppo di docenti. Gli incontri previsti sono 10: i primi due saranno di carattere teorico, nello specifico verranno trattate le caratteristiche generali dell’ADHD, del Disturbo Oppositivo Provocatorio, gli aspetti teorici e cognitivi, le traiettorie evolutive, i Disturbi ad essi associati. Gli altri otto incontri riguarderanno la parte pratica dell’intervento, ossia la spiegazione di strategie e tecniche da utilizzare in ambito scolastico, unitamente ad una supervisione psicologica. CONTENUTI: - L’ADHD (Disturbo da Deficit d’Attenzione e Iperattività) e i Disturbi Dirompenti del Comportamento (DOP): caratteristiche principali, come si manifestano, quali possono essere i disturbi associati, aspetti eziologici, evolutivi e prognostici. - Quali sono gli aspetti rilevanti da osservare in un bambino con ADHD, DOP? Come effettuare l’analisi funzionale dei comportamenti problema. - Guida all’uso delle schede per l’osservazione sistematica e l’analisi funzionale del comportamento. - Strategie educative–comportamentali: gli antecedenti, la didattica strutturata, come organizzare la classe e il materiale, le regole e le routine, la prevedibilità delle attività. - Strategie educative–comportamentali: le conseguenze, come usare strategicamente le tecniche del rinforzo, il costo della risposta, il time-out, la token economy. - Strategie cognitive e metacognitive: le autoistruzioni, il problem solving e la strutturazione del compito. - Esercitazioni di gruppo: quali sono le informazioni che bisogna raccogliere per descrivere un caso e discussione di casi clinici.
