Qualifications: High School diploma or post-secondary degree is required. A minimum of 3-5 years hands-on equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and repair experience. Certified crane mechanic through a national crane training and certification company. Understanding of the operation of heavy construction equipment. Knowledge of diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, pneumatics and 24V electrical systems. Proper equipment maintenance and repair procedures. Follow workplace safety requirements and procedures. Ability to follow direction and work well within a team environment. Communication skills. Organization skills.
