Per conto di un’importante azienda specializzata nella costruzione di impianti di zincatura, siamo stati incaricati di selezionare un/una: Spare Part Specialist - Back Office La persona inserita si occuperà di elaborare offerte commerciali relative alla ricambistica, promuovere e gestire autonomamente le relazioni con i clienti e con la rete di agenti. Sovraintenderà, con le risorse d’ufficio preposte, la registrazione delle offerte e degli ordini e renderà disponibili i dati relativi al business Ricambi ai fini della predisposizione del budget e della reportistica aziendale. Dovrà inoltre svolgere attività di supporto alle altre aree aziendali (Service e Supply Chain) e gestire le Non Conformità tecniche e di servizio relative al business Ricambi. Infine, aggiornerà costantemente gli archivi e i database aziendali di propria competenza verificandone periodicamente la correttezza. Il/la candidato/a ideale dispone di una Laurea in Ingegneria, o formazione tecnica assimilabile, preferibilmente meccanica ad indirizzo impiantistico, un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua è fortemente gradita) e deve avere maturato una significativa esperienza nel mercato degli OEM a vocazione impiantistica e di processo. Oltre alle necessarie competenze tecniche sono importanti: buone doti relazionali ed orientamento al cliente, intraprendenza, efficacia di comunicazione, forte motivazione agli aspetti di mercato e alle sfide di crescita, e spiccate doti di problemsolving. SPECIALIST: La risorsa affiancherà i Responsabili di Funzione  nelle seguenti mansioni: attività di pianificazione, programmazione e controllo vendite, elaborazione della reportistica periodica, analisi dei dati di vendite, volumi, prezzi, marginalità e costi, supporto nelle attività di target pricing e attività promozionali, redazione del budget e analisi degli scostamenti a consuntivo, monitoraggio costante dei dati e dei kpi aziendali, manutenzione e sviluppo del Data Warehouse aziendale, dei sistemi di analisi ed implementazione della reportistica a supporto delle decisioni, supporto agli utenti nell'utilizzo degli strumenti di analisi. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea in materie scientifiche, 3/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente nel settore GDO, conoscenza avanzata del pacchetto Ms Office, Excel in particolare, capacità di manipolazione dei dati con tool ETL specifici, Talend preferibilmente, uso di SQL e conoscenza delle logiche di Data Warehousing, conoscenza di strumenti di Data Analysis e Business Intelligence con esperienza pregressa in almeno una tecnologia di Data Visualization. QlikSense e Business Objects costituiranno un plus, flessibilità, dinamicità, proattività ed orientamento al risultato. Sono infine richieste buone capacità di gestione delle relazioni interpersonali, doti di analisi e sintesi, spiccato orientamento al risultato e spirito di intraprendenza.
