We are three students, one girl and two boys. we are searching for apartment in rome.we are responsible tenants and believe in cleanliness and discipline. we will shift as soon as possible. condominium should be included in this rent of 600 euros. we speak english and little italian.

Apartment Description This 70 mq apartment will be totally refurbished. The works started in June 2021 and they will finish at the end of July 2021. So the apartment can be ready for PoliMi upcoming students! All the furnitures and equipments will be brad-new. They will have a nice and modern style (bed linen and other colours/textures in the rendering are purely representative). The electrical system will be rebuilt, it will be installed an AC system, the windows and the doors will be brand-new. The flat is located in an elegant period building in the beautiful Cenisia district, at the gates of the center of Turin but outside the ZTL, in a quiet area with low traffic, well served by public transport. We are located a short distance from the Politecnico, reachable on foot in just 12 minutes. Possibility to find free street parking (not guaranteed). The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it.
