The flat is located in an elegant period building in the beautiful Cenisia district, at the gates of the center of Turin but outside the ZTL, in a quiet area with low traffic, well served by public transport. We are located a short distance from the Politecnico, reachable on foot in just 12 minutes. Possibility to find free street parking (not guaranteed). The 55 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Independent kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer and microwave - Living room with a queen sofa bed and TV - Bedroom with two single beds joined in a queen, desk and wardrobe - Toilet equipped with wc and small tub with shower. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, safe, drying rack, iron and ironing board. La stanza in affitto è spaziosa, luminosa, confortevole e perfettamente arredata (comprensiva principalmente di un letto a 1 piazza e mezza, ampia scrivania, 2 armadi).
