Per questa ragione siamo alla ricerca di una figura in grado di coprire sia il ruolo di Personal Assistant che di Executive Assistant. La persona scelta dovr inizialmente, lavorando da remoto, dare un supporto sia al manager che alla sua famiglia nel trasferimento. Ci significa trovare validi aiutanti (dalla tata per i bambini alla cameriera, agli avvocati, ai procuratori, ecc.), organizzare viaggi, taxi, visite per trovare una casa, acquisto di mobili, ecc. Una volta effettuato il trasloco, il compito sar pi legato al lavoro, sempre come assistente, e quindi: prenotazione di biglietti, alberghi, gestione dell'agenda e supporto per le varie esigenze. Sar quindi la persona di fiducia, disponibile e presente, che dar il supporto necessario per far risparmiar tempo e migliorare lorganizzazione. I requisiti necessari per questa mansione: Inglese fluente Essere milanese, ossia persona inserita in citt, con conoscenze culturali legate alla vita e agli eventi di Milano Flessibilit e disponibilit alla gestione di eventuali emergenze fuori dallorario di lavoro La conoscenza della lingua spagnola costituisce titolo preferenziale.
