Our goal is to become a trusted strategic partner, offering people-centered professional support to staff and managers alike. Comprising three specialized units in addition to the Front Office, PCD is committed to delivering integrated and effective solutions that meet the needs of our organization. This internship is intended for candidates who have developed a strong interest in the field of Human Resources through their academic and professional experience. For an initial six-month period, the intern will be assigned to one of the Units listed below, while also having the opportunity to contribute to projects across other Units within PCD. Throughout the internship, the intern will support both the assigned Units objectives and broader cross-functional initiatives based on the Divisions needs. Upon successful completion of the first six months, having met or exceeding performance expectations, the internship may be extended for an additional six months in a different PCD Unit.
