Hi, I am Mehmet Tan (male) from Istanbul, Turkey. I am looking for an economic fully furnished apartment from 17th February 2020 to 7th July 2020. I will be an Erasmus student at POLIMI. I am sociable, friendly and easygoing. I am also a nonsmoker and I do not drink alcohol. I am looking for a single room to rent in fully furnished apartment. My total budget for accomodation is 600 euros per month maximum with all expenses included (like bills). My preferences are: the house should be safe and have a Wi-fi. Room for renting at the south of the city with very good public transportation, it's located in between Romolo Metro Station and Porta Genova, tram n° 2 and buses line 74 and 90/91. It's also walking distance from Down Town centre and the area is very wellserved with restaurants, bars and also night life. It costes 570 per month with all the bills included. It's on the 4° floor and there's no lift, there's also a cat in the apartment.
