Quasi tutte le nazioni europee si sono esibite in Italia grazie alla ns. comprovata ed indiscussa professionalità nel settore.       Descrizione del ruolo: We are seeking a young motivated professional with a passion for service to join our dedicated team as a room division managerthe ideal candidate is coming from a solid hospitality background, willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and passion. the candidate should be passionate of service and willing to grow professionally. main duties & responsibilities·      responsible for concierge, front desk, booking, accountancy, housekeeping and laundry departments·      responsible for selection and staff development, monitoring staff performance and providing feedback·      perform room and property inspections. responsible for managing the division in compliance with financial objectives·      closely monitor the sales trend in respect of each segment ·      research and develop and recommend sales strategies working closely with our s&m manager   ·      coordinate, review and develop budgets and sales plan  Caratteristiche del candidato: Requirements·      fluent in italian and english, both oral and written. a third language is preferred (french or german). must have previous experience in a similar role in 5* boutique hotels (minimum 3 years)·      high level of social and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer care·      exceptional problem-solving ability and highly developed organizational skills ·      excellent knowledge of sales strategies referred to boutique hotel·      revenue/yield management techniques·      good understanding of the ota, ids and gds ·      extensive knowledge and exposure to the luxury travel sector – both locally and internationally.·      communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and written)·      must have exceptional supervisory skills.·      ability to control and express one’s emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships·      proven leadership skills to successfully manage and motivate the team, showing respect and willing to share information and skills.·      self-motivated, target driven and willing to work hard   ability to analyze written reports and prepare written or typed reports
