This underpass is also known to hold art shows. This area also is very well connected to all of the major bus lines that can take you to the center, the train station, and beyond! (If you want to run away from city life and escape to the hills of Fiesole, take the bus 7, which is mere steps away from the apartment!) If you don't like buses, the center is only a 15-minute stroll or a 5-minute bike ride. ????Delightful appartment in the middle of Navigli???? Our home is in the middle of Navigli, Milan design, food and art area, 200mt from Porta Genova subway station. Internal courtyard, so is nice and quite when you come home. All comfort inside: high speed WI-FI, dishwasher, TV, washing machine, micro-wave. (Dryer with a 5€ supplement). Perfect for couples and friends that want to live one of the most fascinating areas of Milan. Crib and changing table make it perfect also for babies. For problems or support, we live 50mt away. The apartment has a living room and kitchen separated from the bedroom and the bathroom. In the living room there's a sofa, a round table where 4 people can sit comfortably, a bookshelf (partially furnished to give the "home sweet home" feeling), and a small wooden table. Both of them are surrounded by different types of cafés, restaurants, bars, design shops, art galleries etc. Usually what we do is just to start our evening having an aperitivo in Navigli, choosing one random restaurant we’d like to sit and then head to a bar to continue our night-out! Dear Guest, I am pleased to welcome you to my apartment. It has been prepared with great love to make your stay in Milan complete with all the comforts! Its modern and slightly eclectic> The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week.
