      Importante azienda di trasporti appartenente ad un Gruppo Industriale con una flotta di mezzi di trasporto aziendale e mezzi di trasporto appaltati, nell’ambito di un progetto di riorganizzazione ricerca un: TRANSPORT MANAGER COD. 21478 La risorsa, a capo dell’organizzazione e gestione dei trasporti, dovrà interfacciarsi costantemente con la Direzione Generale per la definizione di nuove strategie di sviluppo organizzativo e commerciale, analizzando nuovi mercati di business e possibili aree di investimento. In particolare la figura, che ha maturato una specifica esperienza nel settore trasporti, sarà responsabile dell’implementazione delle seguenti attività: • Creazione e gestione delle relazioni commerciali con i clienti nuovi e consolidati; • Analisi di costi e performance; • Valutazione dei KPI aziendali; • Valutazione e scelta fornitori e predisposizione della relativa contrattualistica; • Gestione partner e corrispondenti sul territorio nazionale e internazionale; • Direzione e controllo delle pratiche operative nella gestione dei trasporti realizzati dalla flotta aziendale • Coordinamento del personale dedicato Ai fini della selezione l’azienda desidera entrare in contatto con candidati in possesso di buone capacità gestionali e organizzative del lavoro e una spiccata predisposizione all’analisi e controllo dei costi logistici e definizione di budget.
