The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) is an international non-profit organisation seeking to recruit a Works Supervisor to cover the North Area of Italy. The post is responsible for the supervisory, execution and co-ordination of structural work within the geographical region allocated. Primary task is ensuring that cemeteries and memorials are properly maintained to the standards as specified by the Commission as efficiently and economically as possible and supports the Regional Manager, Southern Europe in all aspects when required. About the Role:  Preparation, coordination and completion of all maintenance and project work within the CWGC as directed. To ensure we comply with all aspects of building and conservation law including the sourcing of all necessary authorisations and permits. To help develop our long-term maintenance and conservation strategy.  To provide high-level technical and professional surveying advice for MA, to ensure the continuous development of the Area’s long-term maintenance and conservation strategy. To inspect, survey and assess the condition of our complete estate in order to guide and influence the operational output of the MA Operations Department is delivered to the Commission’s standards and in a cost-effective manner.  Manage the implementation of corporate Health and Safety Policies including the adoption of safe working practices, taking appropriate action to enable supervision and monitoring to manage the areas risks effectively.  Responsible for the operational requirement of our fleet in Italy  Responsible for managing the production, authorisation and monitoring of the monthly accounts in accordance with corporate accounting practices, within agreed delegated regional budget and financial delegated authority per transaction.  Where responsible, supervision of Works staff and contractors to ensure they deliver work as directed. Site Cost Controller DKR are delighted to be working on a role as a Cost Controller close to the city of Innsbruck (Austria). My client is heavily involved in large scale infrastructure projects and civil construction. You would be working as a Cost Controller role (German). This would be a stand alone role and would be reporting into a Technical Manager. Responsibilities • Project controls functions (cost engineering, cost estimating, forecasting, trending, scheduling, etc.) for the project team -Measuring and reporting progress versus the individual implementation plans and the project plan • Preparing cash flow and revenue forecasts, monitoring performance, and preparing reports for the Project Manager • Analysing project reports and keeping the Project Manager informed of any current or potential deviations from plan 5. Participating in project meetings to report on trends, critical action items, estimates, schedules, and deviations from plans • Regularly reviewing the performance and making any necessary adjustments, including retraining operating personnel • Leading the project trend and critical items reporting to the project team and recommending corrective action to reduce cost and enhance schedule • Producing the Project Historical Report Criteria • Fluency in English & German and Italian • Relevant experience within Project Costing, Controller, Finance related roles • Preferably have worked in the Construction/Civil Engineering industry • Working knowledge of SAP

Research and Development Engineering is responsible for developing and implementing new products through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering and documentation practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ? Provide know-how in polymeric materials screening and formulations, perform plastic product evaluations and testing using internal Polymer Lab equipment. ? Perform qualifications of new resins as per internal training, material screening /analysis, materials/product testing, shelf life claims and technical reporting. ? Participate in tasks related to plastic/rubber process machinery selections/requirements and vendor sourcing per instructions and guidance by department head. ? Participate in tasks related to Cost Savings projects, ability to derive true cost calculations, priority assessment and critical path analysis. ? Maintain,manage and organize all project files, binders, data archiving and maintenance of long term 5 year stability reports/files and products on stability. ? Provide technical support/direction to MITG sites as needed with resin events, resin incoming inspection, failure analysis and solutions. ? Provide daily updates to Department Manager on progress, setbacks and solutions to small and large projects. ? Provide support to various plants for molding process optimization, travel to these sites will be required. DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering (minimum requirement) Masters in Plastics Engineering degree preferred. Experience: ? Individual must have strong polymer material fundamentals and hands-on Injection Molding processing knowhow or /and familiarity, both with full hot runner, valve gated and cold runner high cavitation tools. ? Individual must have hands on experience with simple and complex injection molds, mold setup, familiarity with tool design, venting and cooling capabilities. ? At least 1 year of experience on production floor of an injection molding facility optimizing processes data analysis and product testing /metrology. ? Must have fundamental and sound knowledge in materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene and thermoset and thermoplastic rubbers. Experience with Characterization /testing methodologies for polymers. ? Familiar with bonding, printing and other assembly techniques in a high volume manufacturing environment. ? At least 1-2 years of Project management and participation with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Strong analytical/statistical problem solving tools Skills/Competencies: Ability to support multiple projects and balance priorities Strong facilitation skills and experience working with cross functional teams Strong knowledge of plastic and rubber processes, with component and assembly manufacturing Possess strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Operates independently in carrying out functions with minimal supervision Applies six sigma concepts, Cpk, sample size selection
