Magnifico appartamento situato in un elegante quartiere nel centro di Milano, a pochi metri dalla principale fermata metropolitana Cadorna, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo. Si trova in una strada tranquilla, ed è arredata con grande gusto. Appartamento al primo piano con ascensore, dotato di tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante: tv, internet, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, forno, ecc.. L'appartamento è vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche di Milano. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto e tutti i mobili sono stati realizzati su misura. Entrando nell'appartamento vi sentirete subito a casa. L'appartamento è composto da un soggiorno con divano letto, una cucina con tavolo, una camera da letto con armadi, e un bagno con una grande doccia. Sia la camera da letto che il soggiorno si affacciano sulla strada, che è molto tranquilla. All'interno avrete a disposizione una vasta gamma di servizi: connessione wi-fi, TV, una lavatrice, forno, lavastoviglie - Do not smoke - Do not disturb neighbors - Do not destroy the furniture - Please read the doorman instructions to know how to get the keys - The check in and check out are flexible, but they have to be agreed with me in advance (Please check the time limts) - In case of delay of the agreed check in time, there will be maybe an extra charge of 10 euro for each hours of delay (please be always ready to communicate) - Checkout time at 11:00am if you need more time, you must write by Whatsapp to check and receive writed too the time you could go out, other combinations wont be valid. Extrapolating the checkout time could result in a fine of 200 euros. IMPORTANT: Once here in Italy it's mandatory we have to register all guests with the government. Before your check in you must send us the documents of all the guests. In case the guest doesn't want to send the documents through Airbnb, whatsapp or by email, the guest must provide a copy of the documents to deliver for the person who will be checking in at the time of check-in. The document to be presented must have at least: full name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, place of dispatch and obviously identification number (of document), as a suggestion, provide a passport. The responsibility of arranging it's yours (guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government.
