Centrale, elegante, luminoso e silenzioso appartamento, situato nel vivace e storico quartiere Repubblica, a pochi min a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana (Repubblica, Milano centrale, P. Venezia), Corso Buenos Aires, e dal bellissimo parco Indro Montanelli. Sotto casa potrai trovare numerosi e ottimi ristoranti, locali alla moda, bar e qualsiasi tipo di negozio. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato ed è dotato di tutti i comfort per soggiorni brevi e lunghi - Do not smoke - Do not disturb neighbors - Do not destroy the furniture - Please read the doorman instructions to know how to get the keys - The check in and check out are flexible, but they have to be agreed with me in advance - For check in after 22:00 there will be maybe an extra charge of 30 euros plus 10 euros per hour (always ask me first) - In case of delay of the agreed check in time, there will be maybe an extra charge of 10 euro for each hours of delay (please be always ready to communicate) - Checkout time at 11:00am if you need more time, you must write by Airbnb to the host to check and receive writed too the time you could go out, verbal combinations with employees will not be valid. Extrapolating the checkout time could result in a fine of 200 euros. IMPORTANT: Once here in Italy it's mandatory we have to register all guests with the government. Before your check in you must send us the documents of all the guests. In case the guest doesn't want to send the documents through Airbnb, whatsapp or by email, the guest must provide a copy of the documents to deliver for the person who will be checking in at the time of check-in. The document to be presented must have at least: full name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, place of dispatch and obviously identification number (of document), as a suggestion, provide a passport. The responsibility of arranging it's yours (guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government.
