Ciao! devo andare all'estero ed affitterò la mia stanza singola dal 28 settembre fino a fine ottobre (forse un po' di più). E' una stanza grande con letto 140 a soppalco, divano letto da 120, una scrivania gigante e balcone. Lascerò libera per voi tutta una parte dell'armadio e dei cassetti. Il prezzo è 370 tutto incluso (anche riscaldamento!). La casa è in una traversa di Via Duchessa Jolanda, davvero ben collegata ed a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Porta Susa. Condividerete la casa con una coppia sui 25 anni ed un cane molto simpatico. Per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione della casa, pulizie a turno e si può fumare solo in balcone. Si prega no razzisti e similia. Centrale, elegante, luminoso e silenzioso appartamento, situato nel vivace e storico quartiere tra Palestro e Porta venezia, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Porta venezia (linea rossa), dalla via dello shopping (Corso Buenos Aires) e dal bellissimo parco Indro Montanelli. Sotto casa vi sono numerosi e ottimi ristoranti, locali alla moda, bar e qualsiasi altro tipo di negozio. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato completamente ed è dotato di tutti i comfort per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi. L'appartamento, arredato con gusto e stile, è dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno. Si compone principalmente di una salone con cucina a vista, una camera padronale e una camera ospiti. Le due camere sono separate dal salone e posizionate ai due lati opposti dell’appartamento, dando completa privacy ai rispettivi ospiti una vota in stanza. Il salone si presenta con un soggiorno dotato di comodissimi divani (di cui uno trasformabile in letto), TV, tavolo/isola con fornelli a scomparsa, cantina vini e frigo. La camera padronale ha annessi bagno con doccia e cabina armadio. La camera ospiti ha invece un bagno adiacente dotato di vasca/doccia. L'appartamento è dotato di WIFi gratutito, ferro da stiro, macchinetta per il caffè, phon, lavasciuga, ecc. ed è adatto fino a 6 persone. Su richiesta c’è pure la possibilità di parcheggio auto coperto (box), a pagamento. Il quartiere è tra i più in voga a Milano con un pullulare di locali e ristoranti etnici e di tendenza. Nei fine settimana si anima di persone che sorseggiano drink nei vari locali presenti nella zona. Sotto casa c'è la metro rossa "Porta Venezia" che vi porta al Duomo in 2 minuti. Nel caso si volesse fare jogging o sport all'aria aperta, a 100 metri da casa vi è il Parco Giardini di Palestro. Sono disponibile 24 h su 24 e 7 giorni su 7. Se avete bisogno di informazioni sulla città o consigli su ristoranti, negozi, locali notturni ecc., chiedeteci pure, vi faremo usufruire dei nostri sconti e convenzioni. L'appartamento è ben collegato: c'è la metro, tram, treni, bike me, stazione dei taxi. Bellissimo appartamento finemente ristrutturato con arredi di classe e di stile, è situato al 6 piano di un palazzo signorile, a due passi alla stazione Centrale. E' composto da un soggiorno con un divano letto ideale per una persona, insieme c'è la camera è dotata di un comodo letto e di un armadio con i cassetti per riporre i propri indumenti. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari per passare il vostro soggiorno. Punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, davvero strategica. Gli ospiti avranno accesso a l'intero appartamento, si trova al 6 piano, con ascensore, di un palazzo signorile in bella zona conservata. La zona Centrale è una delle migliori zone a Milano. Bellissimo appartamento situato in un edificio signorile adiacente Via Washington, in una zona residenziale e commerciale a pochi passi dalla M1-Metropolitana linea rossa che, in pochi minuti, vi porterà direttamente ai padiglioni espositivi di Rho Fiera così come, nella direzione opposta, dritti nel centro di Milano. L'appartamento, arredato in stile moderno e molto accogliente e si compone di: ingresso, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, ampia camera da letto, cucina dotata e bagno. L'appartamento, arredato in stile classico ed elegante, è perfetto sia per chi desidera trascorrervi solo un breve periodo, sia per chi voglia prolungare il proprio soggiorno, per una vacanza o per business. Stupendo appartamento nel cuore dei Navigli. Arredato finemente e completo di tutti i comfort: Wi-Fi, 2 condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV ecc. Ideale per gruppi di amici, coppie e famiglie. A due passi dalla metro e dal tram. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento è molto carino ed adatto sia a gruppi di 4 persone che a famiglie. E' situato un bel stabile di ringhiera vecchia Milano, ideale per chi vuole vivere a pieno la vita milanese. E' composta da una cucina accessoriata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno indimenticabile. In cucina poi vi è un comodissimo divano letto per due persone. Dalla cucina si accede si accede alla camera da letto dove vi è un letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Dopo un piccolo disimpegno si accede al bagno, dotato di asciugacapelli, doccia ecc. Che dire, perfetto per un soggiorno indimenticabile;) La zona è molto animata da locali e ristoranti con tavoli all'aperto. Questa parte del Naviglio è pedonale lungo il canale fino alla darsena. Ci sono negozi di artigiani e artisti. l'ultima domenica del mese c'è il più grande mercato dell'antiquariato della città. Via Tortona appena dopo la stazione, offre il Museo Mudec, la Fondazione Silos Armani e locali e negozi alla moda. Il pane migliore lo trovate da Peter Pan via Vigevano 25. Per chi è goloso consiglio la Pasticceria Cucchi corso Genova 1 e Gattullo Piazzale di Porta Lodovica, 2. Il metro linea 2 che collega le stazioni di Cadorna e Centrale è a soli 150 metri. La linea di Tram 2 è a 200 metri e va direttamente in centro, al Duomo. ciao Napoli.. sono paul, dalla Scozia, insegnavo inglese a Milano e Brescia... conescevo gente dal Napoli.. mi hanno detto che per un'esperienza fouri lombardia, dovrei andare a Napoli, anche perche gli scozzese sono simile a napolitani, aperti, e amichevole. allora, ora sono in scozia, ma il 31 dicembre prendo un volo dal edinburgo easyjet verso Verona. arrive alle 10.00am.. poi prendo I treni verso Napoli. a Napoli ho appuntamenti nelle scoule d'inglese a gennaio. ora sto cercando un posto letto quando arrivo... capisco forse in quell period e' difficile, ma potrei andare in un ostello per 2/3 giorni... ho vissuto sempre a lombardia con gli italiani, student e famiglie... se qualcuno cerca un coinquillino, Capisco forse in quel periodo è difficile, ma potrei andare in un ostello. I was told that for an experience fouri Lombardy, I should go to Naples, also because the Scots are similar to napolitans, open, and friendly. then, now I'm in Scotland, but on 31 December I take a flight from the Edinburgh easyjet to Verona. arrives at 10:00 am. then I take trains to Naples. in Naples I have appointments in English schools in January. Its modern and slightly eclectic> The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week.
