La società impegnata in Italia e all’Estero, in fase di forte sviluppo e ampliamento del proprio organico, ci ha affidato la ricerca e selezione di un CHIEF OF TECHNICAL STAFF Laurea Ingegneria Strutturale o Civile Esperienza gestionale Team di Progettazione Ufficio Tecnico Supportando il Direttore Generale, la persona avrà la responsabilità di coordinare il Gruppo dei Team Leaders sia sul piano tecnico che organizzativo/gestionale, per la miglior Customer Satisfaction costruita sulla qualità e tecnologia avanzata. Sarà Sua responsabilità: Rappresentare un importante supporto e stimolo per l’organizzazione e l’implementazione dei processi, ottimali per la realizzazione dei singoli progetti a commessa. Assistere il DG, rappresentando un importante punto di riferimento e un supporto per la formulazione e l’applicazione delle politiche e per la pianificazione strategica. Essere un riferimento della correttezza e completezza delle scelte tecniche alla base delle commesse da realizzare. La correttezza e completezza dovrà essere intesa in termini di: ? Coerenza con le aspettative del cliente ? Efficienza economica (miglior compromesso costi/benefici) ? Rispetto delle normative incidenti sulla commessa ? Coerenza con gli standard qualitativi proponibili dall’azienda ? Coerenza con i tempi di realizzazione concordati Operare in stretta collaborazione con le diverse aree aziendali a supporto della strategia di innovazione e obiettivi aziendali. Il candidato ideale ha conseguito una formazione tecnico – ingegneristica (Strutturale o Civile) ad indirizzo Costruzioni o affini, ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni nel ruolo, in importanti studi di progettazione o ufficio tecnico, coordinando un team di lavoro dedicato, di progettazione a commessa, impartendo linee guida finalizzate alla miglior soluzione tecnica/tecnologica. Possiede ottima conoscenza di software di calcolo, Autocad, strumenti di pianificazione delle commesse, cultura informatica e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. E’ gradita la conoscenza della tecnologia BIM (Building Information Modelling) Il candidato che desideriamo incontrare è dotato di Leadership, buone capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione, è analitico e strutturato, lavora con focus e determinazione sapendo coinvolgere e motivare le persone per il raggiungimento dei migliori risultati di performance, economici e di customer satisfaction.
