Leading the development and implementation of global and local category strategies in IT by addressing the relevant category's total spend and supplier base and considering all potential levers to reduce cost and drive improved performance including demand and specification management. Cerchiamo, per multinazionale attiva nel settore impiantistico, un Impiegato Tecnico Coordinatore Service Il candidato farà parte del team di assistenza per fornire supporto tecnico all'assistenza clienti e di sua responsabilità saranno: - risoluzione dei problemi sulle macchine; - identificazione delle parti mal funzionanti e relative soluzioni tecniche; - coordinamento dei tecnici sul campo; - organizzazione degli interventi di assistenza; - gestione dei rapporti con i clienti per promuovere le attività: pezzi di ricambio, manutenzioni e revamping - preparazione dell'elenco dei pezzi di ricambio. Il candidato avrà l'incarico di fare visite in loco per coordinare le risorse e trattare con i clienti. Le trasferte richieste sono, circa, 80 giorni annui. Si richiedono: - competenze tecniche: titolo tecnico, competenze elettroniche e meccaniche, preferibilmente conoscenza del portale siemens s7 / tia. - conoscenza delle attrezzature per la lavorazione degli alimenti e / o riempitrice-inscatolamento (è un must); - capacità di lavorare e risolvere i problemi relativi alle apparecchiature sopra menzionate; - capacità di lavorare in squadra, ma in grado di operare in modo indipendente; - resistenza allo stress - buona capacità di comunicare con i clienti - buona conoscenza dell'Inglese scritto e parlato; La lingua spagnola è un vantaggio - disponibilità ad 80 giorni di trasferta.
