La risorsa è performante e proattiva, in grado di operare con un buon livello di autonomia ed indipendenza, agendo in un ambiente in continua evoluzione. Curiosità, abilità analitiche e pensiero strutturato sono caratteristiche indispensabili. Spiccate doti relazionali saranno necessarie per poter lavorare in team ed interfacciarsi con diverse figure interne. La lingua inglese è una condizione imprescindibile e ne è richiesto un livello fluente. Aver svolto un periodo di studio o lavoro all’estero sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale. Aver maturato anche una breve esperienza nel ruolo, in particolare in aziende del settore FMCG sarà considerato un plus.
