Dear Guest, I am pleased to welcome you to my apartment. It has been prepared with great love to make your stay in Milan complete with all the comforts! Its modern and slightly eclectic> The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-kept Milanese building with an elevator. It has a nice balcony, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the street in which it is located. Entering the apartment on the left you will see a lively living room which includes a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. The last communicates, through a sliding door, with a kitchen complete with all the necessary for cooking. The sleeping area is located on the right side of the apartment and has a light double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and all the essentials. The district is very quiet and offers countless services, all at your fingertips at any time of the day. You are just a few steps away from the enchanting Milan Navigli area and the New Darsena, a part of the city that will make you fall in love with it, thanks to the slow flow of the canals and the countless boutiques of creative artisans, bars and restaurants that populate the entire area. All these aspects contribute to creating a magical and, at times, almost surreal atmosphere, out of time that will remain in your heart forever. Here, there are also important streets – via Tortona and via Savona which host major events, such as the Salone del Mobile and the Fashion Week. Finally, just a short walk from the house there is the Mudec, Milan's Museum of Culture, which offers fascinating In Piazza Bolivar, just below the house, there are several buses at your disposal: by No. 50 you can reach in a few stops the metro stations of Conciliazione M1, Cadorna M1 and M2 (connected by train with Malpensa airport) and Cairoli M1. Bright and cosy open space on the 5th floor, completely renovated, in a very strategic area of the city, only two steps from Milan Dome, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: induction hob and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with washing machine, lift, and air conditioning. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. RENTAL CONDITION: - The monthly rent includes all the utilities for normal usage (wi-fi, electricity, water, heating, contract registration); if you exceed with the usage, there will be an extra fee based on your consumption. - We apply a daily contract: We calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay. - Early termination of the contract: After the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date. - Check-in and check-out times will be specified once the booking is finalized. - As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (in italian is called "codice fiscale") in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate before arriving in Italy, or by going to the Agenzia Delle Entrate office in Italy no later than one-week prior check-in. It's for free and you don't need to book an appointment, you can just go to the office. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied; - The rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment; EXTRA PAYMENT In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed through the platform, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date (in case you want to cancel the booking before the check-in, the deposit will be fully refunded, but the first month’s rent will not be refunded) - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €116) depending on the size of the flat: your flat will be clean and ready to be lived in and you don’t have to worry about it at the moment of leaving. Cerchiamo persone che ASSOLUTAMENTE NON FUMINO IN CASA, solo persone capaci di rispetto reciproco a seconda delle proprie necessità, venirsi incontro insomma. La casa è grandissima in un condominio signorile e con ascensore. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, si trova al secondo piano, con ascensore, di un elegante palazzo situato nell'affascinante e turistico quartiere dei Navigli. E' composto di una ingresso che conduce nel soggiorno/cucina finemente arredato con oggetti di design ricercato. La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che per trascorrere un confortevole soggiorno: forno, macchinetta del caffè, frigo, ecc.. Completano gli spazi il bagno ed un'amplia camera da letto con un letto molto comodo L'appartamento è molto carino ed adatto sia a gruppi di 4 persone che a famiglie. E' situato un bel stabile a vecchia Milano, ideale per chi vuole vivere a pieno la vita milanese. E' composta da una cucina attrezzata con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Centrale, elegante, luminoso e silenzioso appartamento, situato nel vivace e storico quartiere tra Palestro e Porta venezia, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Porta venezia (linea rossa), dalla via dello shopping (Corso Buenos Aires) e dal bellissimo parco Indro Montanelli. Sotto casa vi sono numerosi e ottimi ristoranti, locali alla moda, bar e qualsiasi altro tipo di negozio. L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato completamente ed è dotato di tutti i comfort per soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi. L'appartamento, arredato con gusto e stile, è dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole e confortevole soggiorno. Si compone principalmente di una salone con cucina a vista, una camera padronale e una camera ospiti. Le due camere sono separate dal salone e posizionate ai due lati opposti dell’appartamento, dando completa privacy ai rispettivi ospiti una vota in stanza. Il salone si presenta con un soggiorno dotato di comodissimi divani (di cui uno trasformabile in letto), TV, tavolo/isola con fornelli a scomparsa, cantina vini e frigo. Bellissimo appartamento finemente ristrutturato con arredi di classe e di stile, è situato al 6 piano di un palazzo signorile, a due passi alla stazione Centrale. E' composto da un soggiorno con un divano letto ideale per una persona, insieme c'è la camera è dotata di un comodo letto e di un armadio con i cassetti per riporre i propri indumenti. La cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari per passare il vostro soggiorno. Punto forte è sicuramente la posizione, davvero strategica. Gli ospiti avranno accesso a l'intero appartamento, si trova al 6 piano, con ascensore, di un palazzo signorile in bella zona conservata. La zona Centrale è una delle migliori zone a Milano. Per muoversi è dotata di tutti tipi di mezzi mentre tutti tipi di negozi a pochi passi dall'appartamento.
