Le camere hanno ognuna il suo balcone abitabile, 2 bagni, cucina abitabile, 2 frigo, salotto, lavatrice, parcheggio bici, connessione internet. Forniamo coperte, lenzuoli e asciugamani. Abbiamo ospitato 31 studenti Erasmus. Parliamo francese, inglese e spagnolo. Si tratta di un attico luminosissimo con veduta sulla città e con un grande balcone che corre per tutto il perimetro dell’appartamento. Costo a persona: Euro 320 al mese. Spese incluse: riscaldamento, acqua, spese condominiali e assicurazione. Spese non incluse: luce, gas, igiene ambientale, wi-fi (circa 30,00 Euro al mese). Deposito cauzionale Euro 195, da versare come conferma della prenotazione. Spese di pulizia finali 20,00 Euro. Il contratto proposto è di tipo agevolato per studenti. One large bedroom with panoramic view to rent in a 4 bedrooms apartment. 110 sq m furnished apartment, with central heating, in the city center, 2 minutes away from the university campus, on the 7th and last floor with lift. 4 bedrooms each with its own balcony, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 fridges, living room, washing machine, bicycle parking and internet connection. We supply blankets, sheets and towels. We have hosted 31 Erasmus students. We speak French, English and Spanish. It is a very bright top floor flat with a view on the city and with a large balcony that runs around the entire perimeter of the apartment. Cost per person: Euro 320 per month.
