Le principali attività lavorative saranno: - Individuazione e definizione di piani di manutenzione ed applicazione di tecniche di problem-solving per individuare aree di miglioramento nella gestione delle attività tecniche degli impianti di processo e di packaging di Stabilimento; - Supervisione diretta dei lavori pianificati e concordati con il Plant Maintenance Manager, svolti da manutentori interni oppure da aziende esterne con particolare attenzione alle regole di sicurezza cogenti e aziendali e al conseguimento del risultato desiderato in termini di tempo, qualità del lavoro svolto e mantenimento sotto controllo dei costi; - Gestione dirette delle risorse di manutenzione affidate, gestendo in modo efficace i carichi di lavoro, priorità nonché la redazione delle turnazioni di lavoro; - Partecipazione attiva nel programma di miglioramento continuo - Individuazione di soluzioni tecnologiche che ottimizzino il processo produttivo o migliorino ulteriormente i livelli di sicurezza e operatività; - Collaborare con il Plant Maintenance Manager nel project management di lavori per la manutenzione straordinaria oppure per le nuove installazioni e/o revamping; - Collaborare attivamente nella gestione del magazzino Spare Parts e nella gestione dei costi di manutenzione; -Supportare il Plant Maintenance Manager nellimplementazione del sistema di gestione della manutenzione e del sistema CMMS sul sito; -Collaborare con molteplici fornitori di materiali e servizi esterni oltre che con team cross-funzionali appartenenti a diverse aree (HSE, General Services&Utilities, Continuous improvement, Planning&scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D-P&T, Engineering). La risorsa ideale avrà i seguenti requisiti: - Capacità di engagement dei membri delle funzioni con cui si interfaccia e motivare il team di lavoro stabilendo e condividendo vision ed obiettivi, fornendo feedback costanti per consentire laffiatamento del team; -Capacità di identificare, analizzare e risolvere i problemi in modo logico e sistematico; - Forte orientamento ai risultati e proattività nellidentificare e riportare, con attenzione ai dettagli e con approccio analitico, eventuali criticità per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissati; - Capacità di lavorare in ambienti fast-paced con molteplici clienti interni ed esterni; - Eccellenti capacità comunicative scritte e verbali con la capacità di comunicare e influenzare a tutti i livelli allinterno dellorganizzazione - Competenze e conoscenze di Autocad e pacchetto office - Conoscenza della lingua inglese - Laurea in Ingegneria (Industriale, Meccanica, Meccatronica, Elettrica, Chimica) - Corso di specializzazione di gestione manutenzione. - Pregressa esperienza di 1-3 anni nel ruolo di Maintenance Engineer in aziende nel settore Food&Beverage, FMCG, chimico farmaceutiche, metalmeccaniche.
