HR MANAGER - INDUSTRIAL PLANT (M/F)

Importante multinazionale europea, leader di settore. La realtà è culturalmente avanzata e opera sul mercato mondiale attraverso filiali commerciali e produttive. L' HR Manager - Industrial Plant (M/F), a diretto riporto del Direttore HR Italia sarà in carico per le seguenti attività: - assicurare i livelli di delivery nel recruiting come da policy aziendale; - gestire i fornitori esterni di servizi HR (recruiting, consulenza, ecc.); - garantire il continuo miglioramento a livello HR del plant intervenendo su formazioni, piani di carriera e sviluppo organizzativo; - gestire le relazioni industriali e tutta la parte legal (contestazioni, richiami disciplinari, licenziamenti); - garantire applicazione dell'HR policy di gruppo sull'attività di plant; - favorire lo sviluppo di best practices di gestione da esportare su tutte le sedi Italia. L' HR Manager - Industrial Plant (M/F) ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: - almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo su contesti produttivi e strutturati (ideali automotive, pharma); - capacità di gestire le tematiche HR a 360° in un plant di medie dimensioni (circa 300 unità) ma con importanti complessità dal punto di vista organizzativo; - visione d'insieme di un plant produttivo, comprensione dei bisogni della linea e visione organizzativa; - capacità di gestire partner di linea e stakeholder sia internazionali che italiani; - leadership, capacità di persuasione, intelligenza emotiva; - Inglese fluente. Sarà requisito di particolare interesse la predisposizione a valutare possibilità di carriera in Italia presso altri sedi del gruppo sul medio-lungo termine.

INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER

For a multinational industrial company we are looking for the Industrial Controller. POSITION Reports to the Administrative and Hr Manager MAIN OBJECTIVE To built an industrial analytic accountability and analyzing the reason of delta between standard cost and real cost. RESPONSIBILITY -To built and recheck the structure of analytic accountability -To rethink the driver method of standard cost -To analyze in analytic way the reason of delta between standard cost and real cost craping the number from machine and other production information -To drive the production in order to improve their performance indicating where are the inefficiency -Analyze the business case of r&d and sales and check at the end if they respect the target -To check if the list of CIP (Continuous improvement project in production) are really obtained in the balance sheet -To manage and check the project in Navision giving the priority and being the link with external consultant -To manage the interface with headquarter of IT project -To have the overview of the CED as timing and cost (not technical skills) EDUCATION -Engineering or Economics. -English fluent -Navision (if possible) EXPERIENCE -10 years in industrial company, better if withdiecasting or small components.
