Smartercom Italy seeks specialists in Tuscany for its imortant client, telecommunications equipment vendor. For the technological update of the new Wind3 network, we are looking for a specialist in permits. Below is a description of the job and the skills required. Responsibilities: 1. Management of mobile network permit, including project Permit planning covering all aspects for MW, LTE and SWAP installation, commissioning and integration, E2E progress control of Permit filing and Permit obtaining, quality assurance 2. Knowledge of the legislation that regulates the presentation of a permit package at PP.AA (Municipality and ARPA) 3. Knowledge of Safety Relations (AIE) and the authorization procedures for a new base stations or their upgrades (LTE) 4. Monitoring of the progress of the practices for obtaining permits 5. Management of any refusal by the Public Administrations and the new presentations in order to obtain permission to install 6. Coordinate between local partner's project organizations (Suppliers) and the customer 7. Provide regular internal and external progress reports and presentation 8. Perform other activities, accordingly to professional competences, on direct manager request Qualification & Requirements: 1. Degree/diploma in telecommunications or business related discipline 2. A minimum of 3 years experience in Permit obtaining and delivering a mass deployment of Mobile network 3. Technical background covering the installation, commissioning and integration tasks for mobile products 4. Demonstrated subcontractor management experience 5. Ability to work in an intercultural environment 6. Fluent English (verbal and written) 7.
