MANN+HUMMEL, Azienda leader del settore Filtrazione Automotive ed Industriale MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage the day-to-day sales activities for one large national or international key account and account for retaining long-term relationships with the customer Implement the defined sales strategies for the specific key account to achieve the revenue targets and service goals Support the key account in pursuing its growth strategies Support the Multibranding Strategy in line with the European development Participate in the development of the key account strategies, pricing strategies, marketing programs, etc. Negotiate the prices and conditions with the key account in line with the MANN+HUMMEL pricing strategy and MANN+HUMMEL headquarters Consult the key account on all market-relevant aspects of products, provide information on new products and services that could fit into the customer´s business needs, conduct the product trainings/workshops, prepare the presentations and reports Oversee the sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, logistics, invoicing, credit and collections to ensure that the customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time Process the customer complaints/product returns Participate in fairs, customer fairs and exhibitions to ensure market competitiveness for the MANN+HUMMEL brand Forecast the customer/market trends for forward planning and oversee the competitors´ activities in the specific market to ensure market transparency Steer and train the key account and sales force to achieve the sales targets in the specific market Serve as a liaison between the key account and the MANN+HUMMEL departments Job Requirements: University degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education 5+ years of relevant work experience in the Aftermarket Sector Knowledge of FILTER range as well as customer´s business Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative and ability to work under pressure Leadership skills, conflict management, communication skills MS office skills
