AREA MANAGER EUROPE IN ITALIA

European manufacturer leader of special components for Building, Painting, Automotive industries and DIY business, supplying customers in more than 50 countries worldwide. European markets represent an important part of the total turnover. Following our expansion plan and in order to segment geographical areas we will add a new Area Sales Manager who reporting to the Global Sales Manager will be responsible for operating the assigned markets within the scope to achieves sales targets by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or within assigned territory. Responsibilities: Meet established sales target and goals for assigned territory. Develop new account and build up long-lasting customer relationships Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market information, competitive activities, and product performance information to supervisor Applies the business unit's sales policies, practices and procedures. Mapping out opportunities and new business in DIY, Building and Automotive & After market sector Report required field sales activity through company specified CRM system Attending trade shows and other marketing events. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree level of educations is preferred but non mandatory Previous International sales experience and strong understanding of selling concepts is required Experience in at least one of the following sector DIY, Building, Automotive & Aftermarket or Industrial sector Fluent in English and French is mandatory. Any additional language is a must Skilled and proficient in use of computers to include but not limited to Microsoft Products-Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint-as well as ability to use Customer Relationship Management software programs. Travel willingness: 50% - 75% working time Salary An interesting package will be discussed accordingly to the experience and market knowledge (from 45000).
