As Junior Sales Executive in our Mid-Market Sales team, you will be key to our market expansion helping potential clients in Spain and Poland increase their competitiveness through our solutions. This team is primarily a phone-based sales channel where outbound calling and e-mail prospecting are the primary methods for contacting clients and driving new business. YOUR ROLE o In connection with the Sales Managers, you'll prospect, evaluate, and support the onboard of mid-size advertisers and advertising agencies in Spain and Poland o Proactively fuel and categorize the pipe, trough market intelligence and step by step networking o Pitch small and medium clients, via cold phone call and email o Pursue both individual and team sales goals o Share your best practices and benefit from those of your colleagues o Work closely with our account managers team to launch campaigns o Closely track industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game WHO YOU ARE o First experience/education in sales and marketing is essential o Digital advertising related industry background is a big plus o Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels o Excellent written and verbal skills o Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment o A proactive focus on learning and self-improvement o Charismatic and well organised o Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) o Fluent Spanish & English are essential, other European language is of preference Please, apply at [*vedi modalità di candidatura*] inserting as subject "JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE- Pescara".
